The new limited edition of Curious is sweet and sexy, romantically pink and dangerously black. The composition is a sensual mixture of vanilla and musky notes, crème brûlée and night orchid. It opens with juicy notes of loquat fruit. The heart harmonizes midnight orchid, crème brûlée, black vanilla bean and tonka crystals. The base notes are sugared sandalwood and musk. It was created by Claude Dir in 2006.

Personal review: This is a very pretty sweet fruity vanilla. The beginning is definitely dark jammy fruits - something of a black currant/cherry vibe. A dark fruit essence. It bears a resemblance to Amor Amor, but it is decidedly less fruity as it progresses. A little darker and warmer of a vanilla too. I haven't owned a bottle of Amor Amor for over 5 years probably, but this will do nicely as a more vanillary substitute for that genre. This is not a candy pink fizzy fragrance. It has a bit of an edge and isn't totally lacking sophistication. The tonka is really prevalent along with a warm vanilla bean sweetness. Very yummy sweet. Very good for the price. It has great projection and lasts.
