I know it's such a cliché to make a list of the top whatever, but I confess I can't resist it. Whenever someone posts anything like this I am obliged to read it, even if it's only to disagree with them. Being a fragrance addict, a fume snob and a vintage collector, I rarely wear mainstream fragrances or drugstore counter scents. Ok, I am lying! I have my guilty pleasures and many times I find myself thinking that there are a lot of budget perfumes...
